Annual Display Entry Forms Now Open – Please Reserve Your Space Early

Bonsai Winnipeg's Annual Display is approaching, and we need your help to make it a success.

This year we will have approximately 4,500 square feet of display space dedicated to our members' work, including categories for:

• Tropical Bonsai

• Forest Plantings

• Shohin & Mame

• Creative Displays

• Native Species

• In Training

• Viewing Stones

If you are considering exhibiting one or more trees or stones, please complete an entry form below as soon as possible. We urge all members to display their bonsai and viewing stones.

Our display committee and volunteers need advance information to plan layouts, tables, signage, lighting, traffic flow, and category space allocations. It is far easier for us to adjust for a cancellation than it is to find additional display space at the last minute.

Even if you are not completely certain that your tree will be ready, please reserve your spot now. If circumstances change, you can always withdraw your entry later.

Please remember that many hours of volunteer effort go into organizing the Annual Display. Submitting your entry form early is one of the simplest ways to support the volunteers who make this event possible.
